Horrible service experience when taking my vehicle in. Service advisors don’t know how to handle matters professionally and neither does management. Service advisors don’t know how to handle matters professionally and neither does management. More

Service department needs to get their house in order. I waited "4 days" for an oil change and a simple visual inspection of two items of concern that were readily accessible. Called 18 times and not once I waited "4 days" for an oil change and a simple visual inspection of two items of concern that were readily accessible. Called 18 times and not once was a call returned nor was I ever able to talk to anyone in the service department. I talked to a cashier who was able to get me some info on the fourth day. I got ride up there on day 2 to find that my truck was never touched on day one which I had a 9 AM appointment. The service department said that an appointment doesn't guarantee your vehicle will be serviced at that time or even that day. Sounds like a bunch of xx!!! Definitely not happy with the service! Oh and the additional two items of concern were never addressed fully. They told me the HD tech needed it longer to diagnose the issue. Y'all had it for four days!! Not my fault you didn't have more than one HD tech or advise the one you have that he needs to support on weekends to get caught up! Straight garbage!!! More
Good experience with the service department. Didn’t need much done to my truck other than resetting the tire pressure sensors on all 4 wheels. Didn’t need much done to my truck other than resetting the tire pressure sensors on all 4 wheels. More
I should start by saying I have had zero mechanical issues with my car until I brought it to your dealership. It was brought in to proactively replace a recalled part. Today, I am writing to express issues with my car until I brought it to your dealership. It was brought in to proactively replace a recalled part. Today, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of service I received at your dealership. This has been by far the most frustrating and unsatisfactory experience I have ever had with an automotive service provider. First, the lack of communication and transparency regarding the status of my car is utterly unacceptable. The office staffs inability to provide any useful information regarding when my car would be evaluated and worked on, other than a vague promise of within the next 30 days, is not helpful. Furthermore, their inability to provide a clear timeline of when they would even have that information in inexcusable. You cannot conduct a business of any kind without a schedule. When I finally received my car back, it was far from the condition I expected. The car was operational for a couple of days but abruptly stopped functioning. I towed the car back to you and your dealership replaced the knock sensor they had just installed days prior but again, my car stopped working. I promptly had the car towed to my trusted mechanic, who quickly identified a critical issue: the recently installed knock sensor has likely failed due to a complete lack of oil. He informed me that this is a basic check that should have been preformed during the initial installation. When I contacted your dealership about this I was disheartened to learn that your mechanic deemed this a known issue for my car model and emphasized to me that it is not the dealerships responsibility to verify oil levels when installing or replacing a knock sensor that has failed and that this could be addressed as a separate service, at a separate time at your establishment. The lack of professionalism, expertise, and care demonstrated by your dealership throughout this entire process is appalling. This experience has not only cost me valuable time and money, but it has also created complete mistrust in your establishment. I hope that this feedback is helpful in implementing necessary changes to prevent future costumers from enduring a similar experience. More
