They called me to verify what I needed done with my car. They performed an oil change, rotated my tires. I also had a door handle installed, which I broke trying to open the door when it was locked. Made an appointment 2 months earlier for state inspection. Dropped the vehicle off the night before. Put 2 good contact numbers in the drop-off envelope. The next morning my husband called and as inspection. Dropped the vehicle off the night before. Put 2 good contact numbers in the drop-off envelope. The next morning my husband called and asked me to call dealer to find out what they were calling him about (his number was NOT one of the contact numbers I put on the envelope when I dropped it off). I called and got to speak with Michael .. told him why I was calling, he told me Brian was working on my car and said he would send a message to him and have him call me back (Michael did tell me Brian was busy so it could be about an hour before he called me back). Over 3 hours later (and still no call from Brian) I called the garage back. Once again I got Michael and this time he was short and use. He told me my car was entered into the computer as a drop-off so the team has until 5pm to get my car done (it was 3:30 now). I tried to explain the car had an appointment only to be told they do not make appointments. Once again Michael told he Brian was working in my car and he would send him a message to call me. I told him that is what I was told over 3 hours ago when I first called yet still no call from Brian. When Michael saw notes in my account, he commented “oh you did call already and you did speak to me”. His tone was now apologetic (too late Michael). I left work at 5 and went to the garage (still no call from them about my car). When I arrived I asked to speak to the Manager (Melanie). She did tell Me she was new and .then she politely listened to me vent about my crappy experience. Per Melanie, they DO make appointments …. Told her she needed to update Michael on that fact. She checked the computer and told me it said my vehicle was done … yet I still have not gotten a call. Michael was someone in the sales building that assists with answering incoming calls - no excuse for his tone. Never talked to or met Brian. Told the manager this was not first bad experience with service. Then commented that if I had known how bad the service department was going to be, I would have NEVER purchased the vehicle. I hope things get better as I really do not want to buy another vehicle, but will to get better service More
