My appointment was at 8:20, I was told I had to drop my car off because of the check engine light being on. Ok, fine. One o'clock rolled around still no update. I called they still hadn't done anything to car off because of the check engine light being on. Ok, fine. One o'clock rolled around still no update. I called they still hadn't done anything to my car. I was told my check engine light was off and it was some sort of oxygen sensor that came up on the diagnostic. They didn't fix the issue, issue me a quote....nothing. My check engine light came immediately back on. More

Poor communication. Nice people once you get them. Not convinced of diagnosis for broken ac on 2 yo vehicle. Appointments run a month or more out and low confidence in Nice people once you get them.
