This is the second time I was sent this and filled it out. I wasn’t impressed with the customer service and the way they don’t explain that I have to discuss things with an assigned advisor until I calle out. And the length of time to wait to get the appointment for the inspection. Dont bother to respond to this!! More

The service was great, thanks. Your lounge area for waiters could use some improvement. I brought my laptop and could not use it because there was one table occupied. I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls. I am unable to talk with anyone. You call and get transferred to a service advisor, no one picks up and have to leave a message. My appointment was at 8:20, I was told I had to drop my car off because of the check engine light being on. Ok, fine. One o'clock rolled around still no update. I called they still hadn't done anything to car off because of the check engine light being on. Ok, fine. One o'clock rolled around still no update. I called they still hadn't done anything to my car. I was told my check engine light was off and it was some sort of oxygen sensor that came up on the diagnostic. They didn't fix the issue, issue me a quote....nothing. My check engine light came immediately back on. More
