I hope I'm remembering each person who helped me correctly, I think Jeffery was the one who checked me in and took care of my appointment. Whoever was the man with the left-most desk with the toy an correctly, I think Jeffery was the one who checked me in and took care of my appointment. Whoever was the man with the left-most desk with the toy animals and plants on his section of the counter. He seemed fairly nice and I got done what I needed from the appointment. However, he did not speak very clearly and I could not understand a lot of what he was saying, so I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I'm still not entirely sure we were communicating with each other correctly to get everything right. More

My main interaction with this dealership has been through the services department and while the manager has been nothing but amazing. The departments communication sucks. I'd call and call and never get thro the services department and while the manager has been nothing but amazing. The departments communication sucks. I'd call and call and never get through till I show up in person. I've left voicemails and no one gets back to me. In general they suck and communication unless you're standing in front of them. But the manager has always saved the day each time in my personal case. More
The workmanship was great but the lady answering the phone wasn't helpful at all. She never had anyone return our call all day about a recall appt and we had to drive to the dealership to ask for it fa phone wasn't helpful at all. It was very simple. The free tow took my car to the dealership and I showed up. I spoke with the service people and they told me they would take care of it.
