This is my third time visiting the service center. I’m always ignored when I first walk in. The customer service is very much subpar. I only visited this time because it’s close to my home versus having to go across the water. It’s very hard to get someone on the phone at this place. I’ve been on hold for a very long time some days and no answer other days. Also I was told I was gonna get a call back after it rolled over to a different department but never received it. At this time I was trying to ensure that this Southern dealership would honor my Southern hospitality benefits and the person that answered acted as if they’ve never heard of the free oil change that I spoke of and asked if I had the maintenance plan. He told me my VIN wasn’t in the system and I needed to call the dealership I bought my vehicle from so that they could put me in the system. That turned out to not be true at all after having to make several calls between dealerships. When I did go to my appointment, the benefit was honored. My vehicle was done in a fair amount of time which is why I didn’t give 1 star but the customer service is not good at all. I definitely didn’t feel like a valued customer. More
