I have not had opportunity to use Southern Hyundai enough to give an overall fair rating except two employees In the Service Dept. I had a great experience with Southern Hyundai! My Sister and I came in late on a Saturday evening and worked with Joel. He was a super nice guy and very funny! I'm going to think of Joel every time I hear it. It really was the most fun I've ever had buying a car! All of the other folks that were in the showroom were very friendly and welcoming. We made the deal and I came in Monday to sign the paperwork. I worked with Catherine Gordon on financing, she was a wonderful person and very professional. All in all, I highly recommend Southern Hyundai to anyone looking for a car. More

I have not yet had a repair completed, however the experience I received this far was good. Personally I believe Hyundai could do a better job explaining what types of thing might be coved under warra experience I received this far was good. Initially I was simply told it would be $200 for diagnostics, And if I had an extended warranty, as the car was not under warranty with 80K+ miles (partially) I think Initially Southern could have done a better job explaining that. I went in yesterday after calling for a week to speak to a Manager. My fluids were not topped off from my last appointment, the gentleman behind the counter said, that was 2 months ago. I said right.
