Service great as always but I was extremely disappointed that I couldn’t use my Rewards that I accumulated to cover the cost of my last service. Times are tough right now and everyone is pinching pennies to that I couldn’t use my Rewards that I accumulated to cover the cost of my last service. I saved my points for a time in need and when that time came, I couldn’t use them due to the name change that I as a consumer was not made aware of nor that my reward points were now be useless.
