The phone service to the service department is -5. It is terrible. Every time I call it takes forever , but once you get to talk to some one, they rate a 5. I had a minor issue and the manager, Derrick, responded like you want service managers to respond. Let’s face it. When we buy a car, we “date” the sales person but we are married to the service team.
