Hall promises but does not deliver I was told Hall really wanted to help us and our situation. Then they proceeded to try and over charge us by nearly $5900.00. Sneaky!! We never received our wheel locks and they tried to charge us twice for floor maps. I also have a sizable dent in my trunk. More
