Dropped my Santa Fe off for a recall and maintenance issue. I was the 1st one there before they opened. They offered coffee, shuttle service and even whether or not I needed my vehicle returned by the e issue. I was the 1st one there before they opened. They offered coffee, shuttle service and even whether or not I needed my vehicle returned by the end of the day! The service manager contacted me before the end of the day via text message and notified me it was completed. She even arranged for my keys to be picked up from the service desk in case I wasn't able to make it before they closed. Very professional and on time, especially with the holidays being right here. Excellent customer service and sales I came in to look at another vehicle that had been sold. The Worst experience ever with Hall Hyundai Newport News I have purchased many vehicles from Hall in the past, and just recently I have had the worst experience EVER. The sales rep was only interested in fo I have purchased many vehicles from Hall in the past, and just recently I have had the worst experience EVER. The sales rep was only interested in forcing me into a NEW vehicle. Not taking into account the things I mentioned when I initially contacted him. No clear cut answers - I felt as if I was being hustled. Disappointed in this company this time around and no one seems to care. They only want me to be suckered into more debt. More
