The associate that helped me did not seem to know exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I was asked if I had the part that needed replacing when I arrived (when the dealership had called me a few days what was going on with my vehicle. I was asked if I had the part that needed replacing when I arrived (when the dealership had called me a few days before to tell me that they had received the part that had been ordered)..when it was time for check out., I was told that a certain amount was due..but I had already set up a payment plan thru sunbit previously and it seems like that was not known either. (I guess that was finally confirmed before I left)There just seemed to be a lack of communication somewhere along the way. More

We purchased a Santa Fe at Southern Hyundai. It was a good experience. The people at the dealership were friendly and helpful. No one was pushy. They had the vehicle we were looking for and It was a good experience. The people at the dealership were friendly and helpful. No one was pushy.
