Went to just compare before I bought a already selected jeep from another dealer and walked away with a new jeep thanks to Efrem and Kel. Someone in my family purchases a new vehicle every 2 years and thi jeep from another dealer and walked away with a new jeep thanks to Efrem and Kel. Made the appointment online for routine oill change and annual inspection; both free because I bought my car there. Quick in and out. My brakes were squealing and dragging, but they passed. The next wee annual inspection; both free because I bought my car there. Quick in and out. My brakes were squealing and dragging, but they passed. The next week I had them replaced and the installer showed me how worn they were. Should never have passed. Did the inspector even check? Last year at my inspection they removed the Chrysler insignia on my steering wheel because of a recall on the airbags. A letter from Chrysler last winter said that next time I brought the car to the dealership, the replacement emblem would be installed. It wasn't. More

the employees are considerate and pleasant. the problem shooting done on my vehicle was fast. 15 min. tops. I waited another hour watching my vehicle just sit there. I was then told of my problem which was a bad light bar, but none was in stock. not a problem, I can fix that. $199.00 later I have this feeling in my stomach that I just got F#@%! needless to say, I won't be going back ...
