After walking in, the first thing that we heard after the front desk asked someone if they were available. "Can't you find someone else?" That wasn't welcoming. The process to purchase a vehicle via 5 d front desk asked someone if they were available. "Can't you find someone else?" That wasn't welcoming. The process to purchase a vehicle via 5 different steps (people) is old fashion. It took forever to get all of this done. Most dealers are not this slow and do not have you see 5 employees to purchase a vehicle. Also, the way interest rates were presented was not a good way to understand your options. More
