The express oil change is a joke. You have no idea how long you will wait, that's not express. My last visit, a week or so ago, I showed up at 7:30, was told no one was ahead of me. I watched, and for 20 minutes, prior to saying my truck was ready, nobody was with my truck. The hood was open ....just sitting there. The time before I was there for 2 hours. I requested an appt., but couldn't get one. Also, when the guy finally came back to close my hood, I hear "wheres the cap"? That's not what I want to hear, this is a simple process!!!) I live in moyock, so to drive to you, then find out "Express" may take hours. I will not waste a whole day for an oil change. Also, I have never seen such a poor excuse for a waiting room. 3 vending machines, 2 out of order and the other empty. The coffee set up I use to have years ago in a shop environment. Vehicles are not cheap, therefore service and whatever goes with it should be top notch. I bought my truck in va beach, you guys weren't willing to deal. But, I brought my service back to you where I purchased my previous Ram. At this point, I will go to Elizabeth City and give them a try. If my oil changes are sketchy, I am not sure I would feel comfortable with any other repairs. I'm sorry you had to hear this, but you asked for my comments. More

Dealer misdiagnosed an oil leak and refused to own up to it and charge me pull price to fix the actual leaks , cost me $1,700 for their mistake .
