The wait time was awful. Over 2.5 hours for a state inspection which should be about 45 mins on average and oil change. I’ve never in my life had a person tell me to wait after be sent to her to pay for my $40 wiper because she needed to clock in an get paid like it was my fault I was told to go to her. I was so mad when I left there that if it wasn’t free for my oil changes and inspections I would never go back. Even the service people when I first got there were attitude filled. Normal Paul and Barbra are nice as can be but today you could feel the attitude in the entire place. More

Our company took one of our vehicles to this dealership to have an oil leak repaired in February of 2024. In August of 2024, the same problem occurred again. We called the dealership, and they did stand to have an oil leak repaired in February of 2024. In August of 2024, the same problem occurred again. We called the dealership, and they did stand behind the warranty. However, less than a week after getting it back the vehicle is leaking oil again. We have tried to contact the dealership to address the problem and have yet to receive a response after calling and emailing every day. Our experience with the service department at this dealership has been less than satisfactory and at some points downright rude. The only good thing that we can say is that they did stand behind the warranty the second time, but we are having issues with getting this taken care of currently. More
