Parts and service needs to communicate better so when parts arrive, the Service Advisor is alerted immediately so that he/she can notify the customer. My experience with this dealership was disappointing from the start. The salesperson seemed uninterested and was not particularly welcoming, which set a poor tone for the interaction. The vehicle I ultimately purchased had apparently been used by the dealership, as there were personal items still inside when I arrived for the test drive. I also came prepared with a power of attorney to complete the purchase on behalf of my husband, but this proved ineffective. The dealership required him to verify information through an app he could not access due to limited connectivity while deployed, which complicated the process unnecessarily. When I asked about various charges, I was told that nothing was negotiable and all fees had to remain as listed, which did not seem accurate. Additionally, the vehicle had several visible scratches on the exterior, and I was told everything was being sold “as is,” with no consideration for adjustments or discounts. After leaving the dealership, there was no follow-up communication. I ultimately returned because my husband still wanted the vehicle. However, when I picked it up, the gas tank was not filled, and although the car had been washed, the windows were still quite dirty. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail. I hope the dealership improves its customer service and communication for future buyers. More
