Professional Service When I called for a service appointment I was told to see Lou. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that Lou doesn’t see custome When I called for a service appointment I was told to see Lou. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that Lou doesn’t see customers anymore because he got promoted. I just don’t know if the receptionist who set up my appointment is new or didn’t know that Lou got promoted. Or did he? Anyway, there was Durrell who took care of my car service needs and he handled it in a professional way. I didn’t wait that long to have my car serviced although it was a busy Saturday morning. More

Horrible Customer Service Se Young has the worst customer service skills ever! I took my car In for a service appt at 4:15pm and the first thing he said to me was they wouldn’t Se Young has the worst customer service skills ever! I took my car In for a service appt at 4:15pm and the first thing he said to me was they wouldn’t be able to do much because they were closing in 45 minutes and everyone is trying to go home. I then asked why would I be given a 4:15 appt if they knew they wouldn’t be able to fully service my car in such time? His answer was he didn’t know but there’s nothing he could do and that he was running off 3 hours of sleep. I asked if I could reschedule for the next morning because I didn’t want my car rushed on and he told me it wouldn’t be until weeks out. I planned on going out of town the following day with my car and didn’t want to take the chance of driving it without service since I was over on my miles. Se Young stated they could only do the oil change at the moment since everyone is trying to go home and I’d have to come back for everything else. I asked him to have them check the tires as well and mentioned a bottom panel that was hanging underneath and asked if they could zip tie that as well. He had my car taken to the back and 30 minutes later I received notification that my car was ready. As it came time to pay, I realized my total came out to be higher than I would normally pay for service and that’s when he felt the need to tell me that oil change prices went up. So I asked how come I wasn’t told that prior since that was a change? He said he didn’t know. I asked to look at my previous invoice and prices were the same but they charged $25 just to zip tie the bottom, when in fact he never mentioned if there would be a charge nor did I get a phone call to let me know or if I agreed to proceed. Then he threw in that “he gave me a discount” because oil changes went up to $80. When I asked for his name he said it’s on my invoice and asked “why, are you going to put in a complaint”? I ignored his question and just grabbed my belongings and left. I find it very hard to believe that he had the audacity to complain of how he hasn’t slept and wants to go home. As much as I promised myself to never take my car elsewhere for any type of service, I think Se Young did it for me. I do not plan on returning there for anything! More

SERVICE TOOK VEHICLE IN TO GET OIL CHANGE ROTATE TIRES AND BLOW OUT REUSABLE AIR FILTER. TWICE THEY FORGOT TO ROTATE TIRES, I LET THE FIRST ONE SLIDE BUT I JU TOOK VEHICLE IN TO GET OIL CHANGE ROTATE TIRES AND BLOW OUT REUSABLE AIR FILTER. TWICE THEY FORGOT TO ROTATE TIRES, I LET THE FIRST ONE SLIDE BUT I JUST COULDN'T LET THE SECOND SLIDE. THE 1st TIME THEY GAVE ME SOME CRAZY STORY THAT THE AIR PRESSURE WAS LOW IN ONE OF THE TIRES THAT'S WHY THEY DIDN'T ROTATE THEM AND THAT IT WAS A POLICY BUT THEY DID NOT OFFER ME A REFUND I HAD TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER DEALER AND PAID $40 FOR THEM TO CHECK AIR PRESSURE AND ROTATE THEM WHICH THEY DID. SO WHAT COST ME $43 ENDED UP COSTING ME $83. THIS TIME THEY SAID I COULD BRING THE VEHICLE BACK IN TO GET THEM ROTATED. TOYOTA LIKE TO WASTE PEOPLE TIME. SHUTTLE SERVICE IS NOT SMOOTH EITHER AND THE REASON WAS THAT THEY WERE SHORT STAFF, THERE ALWAYS SEEM TO BE AN EXCUSE FOR THE POOR SERVICE. THE SERVICE ATTENDANTS SEEM TO BE MORE POLITE THESE DAYS BUT SHORTAGE OF STAFF SEEM TO STILL BE AN ISSUE, I DID ADDRESS THIS ISSUE WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER IN THE PASS, I HOPE HE GETS IT RIGHT SOON. ONE OTHER THING THEY ARE NOT CONSISTENT IN THERE PRICING EVERY TIME YOU GO TO GET THE SAME OIL CHANGE DONE THE PRICES GO UP, REALLY! I AM DISSAPOINTED IN THE WAY I RECEIVE SERVICE HERE. FOR THIS SOLID BRAND I BELIEVE THE SERVICE SHOULD BE WAY BETTER. More
