Claudia greeted us in the parking lot with a welcoming smile and had the RAV4 immediately pulled up so my wife could drive it. She was very knowledgeable and explained all of the great features of the Rav 4. She made a usually grueling process easy and as pleasant as possible. I had received an oil charge coupon via email A special Shout out to Stephan R at Southern 441 Toyota and Miss Penny at the Toyota Corporate Offices. I had received an oil charge coupon via email and decided that I would give the dealership another try to see if they would be able to win back my business. I called, made the appointment and was told to ask for Stephan when I arrived, which I did. I showed the coupon to Stephan expecting him to tell me that there would be add ons because this coupon was too good to be true. Stephan explained that the coupon was the true price and told me to have a seat in the waiting area. I had brought my computer so I could finish up a report that was due at work. I went to work on my report and soon Stephan came to tell me that my water pump was about to give out, plus I need new tires. When I looked at the estimate I was floored at the cost of the water pump. When I told him I want to call Toyota about the water pump he gave me the number, I called Toyota Corporate offices and explained that I have owned 6 Toyotas and never once have I had to replace a water pump. The young lady Miss Penny listened to me and told me that she was going to call the dealership to see what or if they could help me. It took a few days for Miss Penny to get back to me, when she did she informed me that Toyota was going to replace my water pump at no cost to me. I was floored. My family is currently dealing with a massive health issue with one of my family members and the last thing I could afford was a big car repair bill. I just cried when Miss Penny told me that. I was simply to call the dealership and they would take care of everything. Stephan called me back to ask how soon could I get to the dealership with my Camry. Within a few hours, I was in a loaner car and my Camry was in for repairs. Stephan called me the next afternoon and told me that my Lovely (that is my Camry's name) was ready to come home. Stephan was so kind to me and really took care of me. Needless to say, they have won my business and I will be a loyal Southern 411 customer moving forward. Thank you so much, Stephan, for taking such good care of me and my Lovely! Now I have to figure out about the new tires but at least I don't have to worry about my water pump.
