Yep....Andrew's polite, knowledgable, friendly, and superior at juggling service calls at Southern 441. Scheduled my service for Monday Morning, December 30th, as Southern 441 sent me a Holiday Gift of $25 for service and my ride was due for service. The Fabulous Southern 441 Service Department was busy, busy, and even more busy with business and staff made such look easy ~ lots to juggle and the crews at Southern 441 performed like a marching band ~ lots going on. Could almost hear the music too ~ Professional Grade Indeed. Of course, the given Holiday Gift Card found it's way to not being applied ~ disappointed with such, as that's why I scheduled before years end ~ however, the work was performed without issue, staff friendly, building & property clean, (construction too) safe, cheerful staffers, and Service Advisor Andrew working hard for his customers. Julie (Sales Consultant) very helpful, friendly, and worked with me to get a great deal on a Toyota 4Runner. She had the cars I wanted to look at parked upfront when I got there. GSM was rude and arrogant. Internet price had already been offered and GSM delivers lease pricing based off MSRP. Just before leaving they offer lease price on internet pricing of vehicle and present it been offered and GSM delivers lease pricing based off MSRP. Purchased a used Honda on 11/4/2019. Never received a bill of sale in the wad of papers in their envelope. Price was advertised at $17,777. My best recollection of the proposal, which I signed, should have been around $21,500, based on the proposal I signed, but also never received. LOAN CAME TO 23,000+. Loan papers also not supplied by dealer. I also have not received the title. Despite their statements I have received little concern. I have requested both Andrew and Vincent in writing to supply it. Nothing received because they say I refused to talk to them. They prefer not to respond to me in writing. They appear to understand paper trails. Sales rep Derrick and loan officer Joel were involved also. With the level of their deceit, and the higher ups seeming complicit in the practice, I can not in good conscience recommend anyone go here for anything. Too bad I still have to give anyone a star. I now have serious doubts that their lifetime warranty is of any value. More
