Irresponsible Service appointment I took my car for 20k mile service and an issue with Toyota Sienna rear door. I had been advised that they will order parts and gave an appointment to come and get the service. Though it's very inconvenient to make a stop during a weekday, I agreed to drop off my car on Thursday (04/19/2017) and turned up at 7 am. After pleasantries, First question service consultant asked me is 'Did they call you that parts are ready?' --- My answer to her is 'No' --- But the answer inside me is why in the world you gave me an appointment today if you have that question. The consultant said, let me go check if the parts are ready. Ok, me in car zzzzzz for 10 mins. She came back Mr. Jonalalalalada (Hello... .thats not my last name, if you cannot pronounce my last name please call me by my first name), they received wrong parts. Very next moment, she is asked my phone number for future correspondence.. While I was giving her my phone number, I was changing gears and ready to go and cry out loud in my car.. Now I am waiting to see if they ever resolve my issue. More
