So I bought my Nissan on July 1st, I received a email asking where my payment was for the truck I traded in. I call SouthWest Nissan and inquire about this, I called multiple times and never received a c asking where my payment was for the truck I traded in. I called one last time and was told that they were sorry they have been very busy, So what I got from that was they do not give a crap about you after they make their sale! I was told there was no one there that could look in to this issue until Monday. I call today and have to call a few times and get told they would have someone call me back, well that did not happen so I had to call again. I get transferred to the finance manager I believe and get told that he thinks that I needed to come back in and Re-Contract, but that I was never told this. He asked if he could call me back once he dug in to this and he would call me back in 15 mins. 40 mins later I call back and get told by the finance manager that he just got off the phone and there was a hang up with Nissan and that the " The low man on the totem pole" could not fix this issue and that he had to take it to management. Remember I traded my vehicle in on the 1st of July and today is the 25th. They do a 20 day payoff when you purchase a vehicle, so not only have they not paid my trade in off but now its going to hit my credit. I did not even get a sorry about this or anything, All they care about is making a SALE and they could care less about you after. Oh and just so you know the NISSAN CORPORATION does not give military discounts to all veterans, only veterans that served 20 years. This has been a horrible experience. More
Took my truck in and get it serviced. Cost me $600+ and I am told everything is fine I just need to drive it around to set the sensors. I take it back because the check engine light came back on and now they tell me I need $2500 worth of work for a catalytic converter replacement. They had it a week and I got no phone calls with any updates. Only found out when I went up there to check on the progress of the fix to get the check engine light to go off...this was after them telling me it was probably just a misfire. More
Won't be back. This is the second time tires were not rotated and I was told they were. I have a small slice on one of my tires. The first time this happened I called the service manager and he told me if they didn't look bad they wouldn't rotate them. But my ticket said they were rotated. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on March 28. Noticed when I got home the tire with the slice was still on the spot. But my ticket said the tires were rotated. So that's twice now my tires have not been touched. I'm not happy about this and will not return. I'm still within my free services, but that shouldn't matter. Excellence and safety should always be top priority. Especially if that's what the customer thinks they are getting. The service staff was very friendly though. More

This is the first experience I have had with a pre-approved auto loan. My sales man Crockett Polich, stayed with me until I could come pick up my car, with my credit challenges, not only did he e pre-approved auto loan. Update 2/11/22 transmission issues with the vehicle I just bought!!!! Just made my first payment and now I’m looking at a $4,000 transmission repair on a truck that has 43,000 miles. Talked to Matt (the manager) and was repeatedly told “you bought the vehicle used”. This is my one and only form of transportation for my family and it just a fancy paperweight. Have no idea have these people are still in business. After purchasing a vehicle a month ago I just received a letter from my preferred finance company started they extended an offer to the dealership and it wasn’t excepted. Meaning I was approved for a loan but was told by the dealership I was denied and had to finance through a lender with less desirable terms and interest rate. Very upset I wasn’t even presented this at the time of purchase and the fact that I was lied to makes me wonder what else these people are dishonest about. Obviously they make way more on the transaction if they get you to accept a higher interest rates and longer terms so I understand the Incentive but that’s not how you run a business to get repeat customers. More

Life is stressful from time to time yes but it shouldn’t be stressful when it comes to getting a reliable car that can take you places you’ve never been . Well I’ve been driving my dream car which is a 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe for 3 years now and I’ve been having all type of issues with it which I took care off but I needed a new car that was reliable and no one wanted to give me a chance or help me get into something better , reliable , or safer . I went to many dealerships I was always turned away or asked for a huge down payment or my credit was terrible and not acceptable it was never a possibility they did not want to listen or deal with me , It felt frustrating and like I was stuck and always came to a dead end plus my car was almost paid off and I couldn’t understand why no one would trust to help me with a new car I was reliable and made my payments on time . I was about to give up when Mr Justin Tidwell called my phone and said Got your credit in, I think you are going to want to call me asap. 817-565-1191Justin From Southwest Nissan that he can help me I didn’t believe this and told him every dealership says this but they always let me down and are never able to help me he said he knew how what I was going through and that they never let anyone leave without getting a car promised to get me into a new car if I would just come by and see him . I went there and was treated with warm welcoming energy. Mr Justin welcomed me with open arms asked me about my car and got straight to working they didn’t waste no time , I was so scared because I just knew I was going to get denied but mr Justin reassured me every time that he was not letting me walk out of here without a new vehicle I waited as I watched them work hard and do everything in they’re power to get me into a nice vehicle I watched them fight with the bank and they were not giving up on me because I matter and I deserved a new vehicle in their eyes they understood what I was going through and how far I’ve came and trusted me with one of their cars it was stressful as I was waiting after some hours went by Mr justin came and said with a serious face “ I hate to be the bearer of the bad new but “ and I was for sure that he was going to tell me I was denied so I said what I know it’s bad I was denied right he said “ I hate to be the bearer of the bad news buuuut you have to get rid of your 2008 Nissan Altima coupe because you were approved and we got you into a new 2021 Nissan today and I started crying because I was so overwhelmed these people cared for me I couldn’t believe it finally someone did what they said they would do for me ! I’m so grateful for this dealership for their trust in me I want to say my outmost thanks to mr Justin who never game up on me mr Bryan and John and everyone that worked hard to get me into my new vehicle i seen a new world and I love my new car ! Never give up and go to southwest Nissan ! They won’t let you down ! More
