Actual salesman was great! He was also very knowledgeable. Every other part of the process is horrible. Finance was not very knowledgeable and was rude, told them multiple times not to contac knowledgeable. Every other part of the process is horrible. Service dept not efficient, had to take car back multiple times for same issue, and they serviced.vehicle with the wrong oil. Also its been six months and we still don't have the registration sticker. I will not purchase another vehicle from them. More

I recommend buying a vehicle from Southwest Nissan. Crockett Polich was beyond great, along with the Manager Brandon and the finance man himself Mike. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this dealership for our out of state purchase. I had the daunting task of looking for a wheelchair accessible van unexpectedly because my fiancé had a stroke and is for our out of state purchase. I had the daunting task of looking for a wheelchair accessible van unexpectedly because my fiancé had a stroke and is quadriplegic. I spent countless hours on Autotrader looking for the right wheelchair accessible van at the right price. There were some must have features for me and this van at Southwest Nissan was it and the price was outstanding. My salesman Michael in used car sales was incredible. I ask him for a video test drive and vehicle walkthrough which we did through Google Duo. Stephen the Sales Manager and Mike the Finance Manager were great too.
