This dealership and the southwest collision are horrible people and made mine and and my wife's experience as painful as possible. We called corporate and they where just as useless. This review is for SouthWest Ford's Service Center. I waited three months for an appointment to get my RV (Ford Medium Duty Chassis) in for an ABS light that came on above about 60 mph. I brought it in at the appt. date and time, and Colton said they would get started. After about a week, I called and asked if they had any luck. Colton explained that he drove it, and the light would not come on. I asked if he got above 62 mph and he said yes, several times. He said he would have somebody else look at it. After another week, I had to call back and I asked about the status, and he said they could not get the light to come on and that I could come to pick it up. I picked up the RV today, and the light came on as soon as I got the speed above 60. I will leave it up to you to decide if someone is lying or if it is just a massive coincidence. More

I have been a customer with this dealership for over 8 years and was so disappointed in my experience with them during my car buying process. So disappointed I went to a different dealership 20+ miles awa years and was so disappointed in my experience with them during my car buying process. So disappointed I went to a different dealership 20+ miles away to purchase a vehicle. This dealership mentioned more than once wanting to get my trade in - in fact they seemed to want that more than my business buying a new vehicle. I felt the sales manager Nick was not well educated on the product he was selling. The sales woman Kat was consistently distracted by her phone. Not only that, they could not provider me with a real out the door price simply "It is the MSRP." While I understand things are going for sticker or more in this climate - at least act like you are trying to be a salesman rather than just a means to attain a car. I think what bothered me most was they were trying to get me to pull the trigger on a vehicle that could not be sold due to a recall, but could not tell me what the recall was nor could tell me the fix or timeframe for the fix. Ironically another dealership (and my own google research) told me what the recall was, what drive lines were being affected, as we well as the fact there is no timeline - unlink the "week to a month" crap deadline I was told on the lot.
