I guess he has been there a long time, but I don't know how. I have negative equity and I have credit that kills it. When he found out my trade doesn't run... he didn't want to have anything to do with me. He would have rather been beyond rude like he was (most likely purposefully) in order to push me out the door rather than try and help me. I have the money to pay for a car. I have the credit to pay for a car. Period. When he found out my trade didn't run, he was beyond rude to me. "Go to Dodge," he said. "I would love to sell you a car, but Mazda isn't the car you want if you're looking to eat up negative equity." "You didn't tell me it didn't run." "Do I have to explain this 19 times?!?!" "Go to Dodge." I could go on and on, but I won't. I left in tears. He didn't care or want to help. He'd have rather had someone else he'd make more money off of (and very possibly screwed over) in the seat across from him at his desk. The guy at the door (Wallace Thomas) tried to help me. As thankful as I was, it was too late. He tried telling me Kris has never seen this situation before when Kris sat right there and told me he's told a ton of other people to "go to Dodge because they have huge rebates and Mazda isn't the car to eat up negative equity." He knew. Point blank. He refused to take me on a test drive siting the fact that he didn't want me to fall in love with a car I couldn't afford. Um, no. Just, absolutely no. More

Car NOT as described by dealership I read reviews of this dealership prior to going and should have listened to the numerous reviews who said that the car was not the way it was describ I read reviews of this dealership prior to going and should have listened to the numerous reviews who said that the car was not the way it was described to them, put me in the same category. Online their photos of the car I can clearly see now are photo shopped. They took out all the damage to the wheels on their pictures. When I got to the dealership and they pulled the car up the front protective strip under the front bumper was half off and dragging on the ground. The gauge bezel plastic has a big crack in it, the car is littered with swirl marks and scratches. It has mis matched tires on it (3 different brands) and its missing a 2nd key (push remote start so they are pricey now that I have to buy one) and the front passenger seat has a hole in it. I circled back around with the salesperson in an attempt to resovle my issues, they told me i could bring the car back and void the deal but it will cost me $100, I told them since their is $1000 worth of damage to the car I would be willling to split the differnece at $500 and we walk away happy, they acted like I was crazy and told me no, so now I will tell my story so others dont make the same mistake, beware their pictures are fake and the car will not be in the condition they describe. When I first inquired about the car the salesperson told me it was in phenomenal shape and didn't see anything wrong with it. More

Stay Clear of Mazda!!! I have bought several cars from this dealership with little to no issues. 8 months ago I bought a truck through this dealer with assurance it had neve I have bought several cars from this dealership with little to no issues. 8 months ago I bought a truck through this dealer with assurance it had never been in a wreck with a clean title. Some time later through some research I find it has had accidents with air bags deployed and carfax reports roll over on the odometer. I've put only 4000 miles on my vehicle and now its worth nearly a third of what I paid for it because of this. I spoke with their sales team and they offered me a little bit more to continue my down fall of negative equity I accumulated due to lies and promises. Don't trust a word they say get everything in writing and do your research. I was once a returning customer but will never recommend this place again. Save your time and money.... Go some where else. More

The worst sales work ever I didn't like the aggressive and unpleasant way they were trying to sell me the car in.
