Owner reconciled & came to a compromise. I had an issue with South Tacoma Mazda because there was a dispute about damage that had been done in their service shop. I will probably go back once I need too buy a car again! Hopefully not too soon ;) More

Most of all, though, I appreciated the NO PRESSURE atmosphere there. I was never lied to (unlike another dealer who had given me an exaggerated Kelly Blue Book printout on his vehicle, where he listed things the vehicle didn't have). There was no last-minute trickery with the numbers. Tony, my salesman, was SO helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better one. Would I buy from South Tacoma Mazda again? ABSOLUTELY! More

I would recommend this dealer because the price I paid on my certified used Mazda was well below anyone else's. My experience with this dealership was very good. All of the employees were very courteous and friendly. It is a smaller dealership but it has a wonderful atmosphere and wonderful employees. Best experience we ever had at a car dealership. We actually purchased a 2004 Jeep Wrangler from them.
