Not only did it take over a month to get an appointment but even after I dropped off my car for the scheduled appointment, I kept getting emails saying I missed my appointment! The only call back I got was from a sales guy wanting to seek me another Genesis! For a “high end brand”. their service department looked like a dump, they need to take some lessons from Lexus on how to run a service department. Lots of excuses as to why they can’t service their customers properly and after them charging me $225, they said they can’t figure out the problem even after I gave them the error code. So over a week without my car, less $225 and car is still not fixed! More

This dealer had a great manager special on a 2023 Santa Cruz Premium that I could not turn down. Salesman was great and finance guy was outstanding. I have purchased 2 new Hyundai SUVs from South Point. The service department used to be pretty good. As of late it is always an issue for simple things. Today I had what seemed to be a sensor (turbo) iss The service department used to be pretty good. As of late it is always an issue for simple things. Today I had what seemed to be a sensor (turbo) issue. I had someone read the diagnostic codes off my vehicle. He cleared them which reset them and it seemed to work ok after that. I am VERY nervous as I called only to find out they may take a month just to diagnose my issue. This is awful. No loaner until it is diagnosed. I think this unfortunately will be my last Hyundai due to the service centers in Austin / Round Rock. The fact that they can't be bothered to get your vehicle fixed (even under warranty) or offer a loaner until its fixed is insane to me. Being a single mom with no other vehicle this is a potential horrible situation. The manager did try to let me know this is just how it is. Is this a dealership issue or a Hyundai issue? More
