I went into South Point not expecting to come out with a brand new car, and Enrique made it possible for me! It has been almost 4 months since I got the car and it is perfect and everyone at South Point is brand new car, and Enrique made it possible for me! It has been almost 4 months since I got the car and it is perfect and everyone at South Point is so helpful. He worked with us all day on choosing a model, color and then test driving them. He was extremely helpful with financing and I got the most unbelievable deal for my car. He was very personable and overall I am so glad my mom and I walked into South Point Hyundai that day. I would recommend him to anyone because he works with you until the very end and makes sure you leave very happy. Thank you so much, Enrique! More
After going to 5 dealerships, over a lapse of 5 days, I stopped in to South Point Hyundai. Karlton met me at the door. There were no sales people standing in the lot waiting to pounce.(PHEW!) I am a single female and we all know how daunting it can be to purchase a car on our own; this was my 1st time. I was already gun-shy from the other dealerships, but working with Karlton, I felt like he was honestly looking out for my best interests. We discussed my needs and he was quickly able to offer suggestions that would work for me. He wasn't trying to put me in another car for more money, or one that I didn't even like, like some other dealers. We found a fit and I have been so thrilled with the way he handled the whole transaction! It has been such a wonderful experience working with Karlton!! I RECOMMEND HIM to EVERYONE!! Throughout the whole process, their team was excellent, even to introducing me to the Service Manager. And they even remember me after the sale; just so I know that they still care. now THAT'S the way it SHOULD be! I have praised Karlton and South Point Hyundai to my co-workers and friends, and will continue to do so. Karlton is truly a GEM! This was hands down the BEST car buying experience EVER! I found myself suddenly in need of a new car and afer researching had narrowed down my choices to a Camry hybrid (coming from a devoted Toyota history)or a Hyundai Sonata 2.0T. We visited a total of 5 dealerships that day and the service and knowledge that we received from Enrique far exceeded anything else we'd seen. He did not use any high pressure sales on us, but instead explained all the value in a Hyundai and spouted off the differences between the 3 different type Sonata choices (we now moved from the 2.0T to a hybrid) . When we followed up with our own comparisons between Toyota and Hyundai (you really can't beat the Hyundai warrantee), and concluded our shopping for the day our selection was an easy one. We called Enrique at 8:30 and told him we were heading back to make the sale and he and his Finance Director, Ali Fawaz, stayed late to complete the transaction. I was surprised to find the process to be easy and left the dealership feeling good about the choice we made. We are happy to be a new member of the Hyundai family. More
Mr. Howard called me for to sell a car to me. We negotiated the price. I borrowed money from friends for the price we agreed on. I asked again several times afterwards and still no luck. Two days later, when I called him again for the accident report, he told me he sold the car to someone else! More

Enrique handled all the details with no fuss,no bother and NO pressure..when it was time to turn us over to the money person, we met Jordan, possibly the friendliest and most efficient "bean counters" I have ever met. The whole experience was well handled and we were made to feel welcome and special. From start to finish..a delightful car buying experience and I highly recommend Enrique and Jordan when you are considering purchasing a car.!! More

My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of doing business with Enrique Rios at South Point Hyundai and would recommend this dealership and Enrique in particular to anyone in the market for a Hyundai business with Enrique Rios at South Point Hyundai and would recommend this dealership and Enrique in particular to anyone in the market for a Hyundai. After doing lots of research and finally test driving the car, we indicated to Enrique that we were very interested in the Hyundai Tuscon, but in no hurry to purchase it. We just needed to upgrade from our MINI Cooper sometime before our new baby arrives in December. (It is currently August.) We asked him to give us a good deal and reason to purchase sooner than later. Instead of wasting our time with chit-chat and building a "relationship" with us like we've experienced with other car salesman, Enrique listened to our request and delivered VALUE. He called within just a few days with a specific Tuscon in mind that fit our requirements and he could give us a great price on. It was one of the remaining 2012 cars on the lot, loaded, but had several hundred miles on it from being traded by another dealer. He was able to drop the price, and found several rebates only available on the 2012 models that made the net price of a Limited edition of the new car less than the dealer invoice price and even less than the 2013 step-down GLS model. We are thrilled with the vehicle, the value and our positive experience working with Enrique Rios and his charming partner in the business office, Jordan. More

I judge the dealership's customer service using lots of criteria, but the most important criteria I have is if the organization meets the following .... Great cutomer service is like a fine wine.... Extremely rare and very hard to find.... I have been associated with "Customer Service" organizations for over 30 years, both as a receiver and provider of customer service. As a provider I always demanded my emplyees provide great Customer Service. I am considered a very good judge both customer service and fine wines. I have found great customer service at auto dealerships a rarity. Sub-standard service providers do not get my business. I have enjoyed fine wine in my life and South Point is truly "a fine wine" in a jungle of overbearing, poumpus dealerships that they provide good or great customer service that has a lot to learn about knowing and understanding customer needs and ideosyncrancies. Soth Point thanks and keep up the great service for you truly "Soar With The Eagles" in service to the customer. I have got 36.4 MPG from I left South Point and had to navigate 40 minutes of I-35 stop and traffic and then home for a total of 202 miles. Very Comfortable, Cool, Efficient and cost Effective transportation. I will recommend South Point to all my friends that are looking for a new ride. Take care, thanks a million and "God Bless"!
