I've purchase a brand new vehicle that had a scratch on it and I've mentioned it to the sales man Dennis Fritchman, and he told me not to worry about it that Jon Lavasseur would fix it. I've called Jon multiple times, and left messages, but he never returned my calls. I also called Dennis Fritchman, but he never returned my calls either. If you see a scratch or anything wrong with the vehicle you're buying, do not trust these guys, make sure you get it in writing, and make sure you check the vehicle very carefully before you make a decision. Places like South Coast Toyota should be shut down. More
