First Time Experience Rocked My appointment was at 3:30 and when I areived a nice gentleman greeted me at my car and told me someone would be right with me. Within 30 seconds Mark My appointment was at 3:30 and when I areived a nice gentleman greeted me at my car and told me someone would be right with me. Within 30 seconds Mark came out to meet me and even commented on my AC/DC pillow in the back seat of my car. He built on my love for AC/DC throughout our interaction. Very personable! He got me all set up and I waited for about an hour in the waiting room which I enjoyed. Mark can out after an hour and said I was already to go and I left having a great experience with South Coast Toyota! Way to ROCK!! More

Seamless from start to finish. I had been shopping for a long time trying to locate the exact build for my car. Scott and Mike gave me a competitive price quote and followed through all the way. I really appreciated the upfront attitude and ability to show a passion to work with me to achieve my vehicle goals.
