Poor customer service I didn’t (and now wouldn’t) but a car here, I just had mine serviced since it has a fantastic location. I took my car in for a 30k mike service. I made an appointment at 730am that they honored and kept, which was helpful. But my service tech said he’d let me know when my car was finished and quoted me 2.5-3 hours. I called at 1pm and got his voicemail that his vacation started and he’d return calls when he got back 10 days later. I texted his cell he gave me, but he never replied. I called the front desk to get a new service member; got another service member voicemail. By 4pm I called again and spoke to someone who said my car was ready. Surprise, surprise. I suspect it had been for hours. I scheduled the complimentary shuttle service- was 1.5 hours late from my pickup time. No clue how the car-buying experience is with South coast, but my first customer service experience with them was dreadful. They did, however, do seemingly great work on the car and included a free car wash, which I appreciated. But if customer service matters to you, prepare yourself to have to follow up to check on a car, having your calls forwarded to voicemails, and getting quotes that are woefully inaccurate. Disappointing and frustrating customer service. More
