called and spoke with a BDC assistant by the name of Janet and gave her details about the used vehicle I was very interested in…I also asked some questions regarding the vehicle which were answered and Janet and gave her details about the used vehicle I was very interested in…I also asked some questions regarding the vehicle which were answered and then Janet asked me if she could schedule an appointment…I told her I would be there as soon as possible as it was about a 60 mile one way drive for me and of course traffic pending…I was able to arrive in about 1hour and walked into the dealership and was immediately confronted by a sales representative….I asked for Janet and he told me she is at a different location and then asked me which vehicle I was interested in and then immediately told me that vehicle was already sold????….huge waste of my time not to mention the cost of gas…I then asked for either the gsm or gm and the salesman pointed out a man outside the door whom I spoke with and all he could do was apologize and tell me he would speak with Janet….nothing will change and this xxxxxxxx dealer inconvenience will continue….amazing/miraculous how the vehicle sold RIGHT BEFORE I ARRIVED…I do not and will not recommend Toyota of Costa Mesa to any relative or friend…you bet I’m PISSED OFF!!! More
Came in without an appointment, they saw me timely and responded to a request to do more than was originally needed.
