When I got there I was greeted by Mike and he was straight forward which I liked. He showed me the car I went into look at and came out with a upgraded model that I wanted instead. He was very professional and courteous. We took a test drive and spoke like we knew each other, very comfortable and no hassling. I got a great trade in offer for my vehicle that I brought in and was greeted by Sean also who was great and very friendly. Jim was fast and explained everything to me that made things easy. He offered me a warranty service which I purchased that was very useful to my new vehicle. Overall I felt like the team of Mike and Jim were great.
