He did not try to sell me anything else that I was not looking for or needed. I did not feel short-changed or over-sold, which I appreciated very much. I was already aware of the different vehicle upgrade packages and respective extra costs. He also understood right away and did not try to pressure me to buy at my initial visit when I said, I needed to sleep on it and learn more about the vehicle I was interested in. He gave good practical/useful advise in purchasing and other car ownership concerns, which I appreciated. I also appreciated very much the financial manager's effort in helping me save a little more money when offering the extended warrantee service to where I was happy with the price.
