As I came in to the service center to address the recall on my 2005 I scheduled my service for the recall on line which was super easy and convenient. As I came in to the service center to address the recall on my 2005 Tucson, Rodger promptly met me outside as I drove up. He was able to take care of me within minutes and ordered me a shuttle to take me into work. My car needed a few other services as well so we addressed it at that point. I appreciated the text messages to alert me as to when the car was done. Fortunately, they were able to address everything in one afternoon. More
