He did not try to sell me anything else that I was not looking for or needed. I did not feel short-changed or over-sold, which I appreciated very much. I was already aware of the different vehicle upgrade packages and respective extra costs. He also understood right away and did not try to pressure me to buy at my initial visit when I said, I needed to sleep on it and learn more about the vehicle I was interested in. He gave good practical/useful advise in purchasing and other car ownership concerns, which I appreciated. I also appreciated very much the financial manager's effort in helping me save a little more money when offering the extended warrantee service to where I was happy with the price. 2016 Hyundai Elantra I went in knowing which car I wanted and got that and more. I used TrueCar.com to get a new vehicle and got the best deal from South Bay Hyundai. When I got there I was greeted by Mike and he was straight forward which I liked. He showed me the car I went into look at and came out with a upgraded model that I wanted instead. He was very professional and courteous. We took a test drive and spoke like we knew each other, very comfortable and no hassling. I got a great trade in offer for my vehicle that I brought in and was greeted by Sean also who was great and very friendly. Jim was fast and explained everything to me that made things easy. He offered me a warranty service which I purchased that was very useful to my new vehicle. Overall I felt like the team of Mike and Jim were great.
