Rodger ensured that it would take about 2 - 2-1/2 hrs from my appointment time and he put my car in the front of the line. He also got a Lyft ride for us so we didn’t have to wait at the dealership. Lyft showed up in seconds. In about 2-1/2 hours they called to say it was done and to come pickup my car. They made good on their promise. More
