Kevin was always upfront and transparent, and genuinely made an effort to make it work. We did not plan to purchase (though we were prepared, had a pre-approved loan, and had done the research), so once we began talking about price, the conversation was easy going and relaxed, never felt like a "negotiation" (though that's what it was), so it was easy to come to a mutually accepted price with everything upfront, no "hidden" unexpected costs.
