I was left ""waiting"" for a long period of time while my dealer representative was getting a car to show me, but never made it clear to me. I was told, go inside and I'll be right in. After about 20 minutes, I almost left. But the girl at the counter called him. Had he been clear as to what he was doing ""for me"", I wouldn't have been agitated. Again, communication, knowledge and customer consideration could greatly be improved. The product is excellent, service is not. I hope the service department is better when the time comes for that."
