Unfortunately my worst car buying experience ever. Was looking to buy a used G90. Car was clean except for bad road rash on 2 wheels. Said I would take the car if they swapped the wheels with 2 others on looking to buy a used G90. Car was clean except for bad road rash on 2 wheels. Said I would take the car if they swapped the wheels with 2 others on other 3 year old cars they had in stock. Salesman said the manager said no. No other reply or options, only no. I decided to spend $60 to fly to San Jose to get one there. On the way out I peeked into the sales managers office to see what kind of person would refuse a 40K order with no counter. He (Cedric Butler) asks me what I am looking at, and I state: "the moron who refused a 40k order" . He comes from around his desk (the only one in the place NOT wearing a mask), gets within 1' of my face and tells me to leave or he is calling the police. The next day I email Eric Pak the GM then call twice to report the incident and ZERO reply. 3 days later, last day of the month, I check and the cars price was lowered by $800. I buy it online and they deliver it. ALL VERY WELL coordinated by their clear thinking and responsive finance guy Juan. In buying over 32 cars I have NEVER been treated so rudely and with so little respect or follow-up. Glad I got the car for less; but shows how poor their business acumen is. More

Service is always friendly and competent. I do often have difficulties making appointments; my "walk-in" worked out fine. I've always waited while my car gets serviced. The availability of coffee is appreciated, but in light of the protocols under the pandemic, I don't avail myself. Donnie keeps in contact, advising me of recommendations from the inspections (I typically go ahead and have the recommended work done). All in all a positive experience. More
