I called and was able to bring my car in immediately. Sabrina the service representative, took car of me. The diagnostic was done, and the results were given. The young man who serviced my car, met me at my car. He opened the door, and waited for me to sit down. He closed the door. He told me his name, sorry I forgot. We shared a few pleasantries. It was nice to see, chivalry is not dead, yet. At least not with this young man. I spoke to Don in the sales department. He is always, with a smile and warm greeting.
