This dealership will do anything to get a sell. My son, who is disabled due to a neurodevelopmental disorder, decided he wanted a new car. His disability is obvious after talking to him for a few minutes. My son is on disability, works a part-time job, and qualifies for income-based housing. I handle his disability money, and make sure his bills get paid. He HAD a very good credit score. So without verifying his income, they got him qualified for a loan with a car payment of almost $700 a month! The manager told me, "He [my son] had a good credit score and seemed to have a plan to pay for it." Well, needless to say, he couldn't even make one payment, they car was repossessed, and his credit is ruined for quite a while. My husband and I have purchased several Kia vehicles from this dealership over the past 20 years. But we will never be back. What they did was shameful!

The service was wonderful and the service person was very helpful. We was in and out in good time.
