It is really difficult to get an appointment for service on your vehicle in a timely manner. We had a recall issue on our Kia Soul and it was MONTHS before we could get it in to the service department for on your vehicle in a timely manner. We had a recall issue on our Kia Soul and it was MONTHS before we could get it in to the service department for them to take care of the issue. When we first purchased the car we could schedule an appointment for the regular oil changes. Now you have the option of waiting several weeks for an appointment, or bring it in on a Saturday and wait. I chose the latter option and waited four hours in the dealership because I had no transportation back home. It's very frustrating. More
