I brought a vehicle from Brewbaker Kia. This was my fourth vehicle from the Brewbaker family. However, I am really disappointed that I was sold a Ford from there. When you selling a vehic This was my fourth vehicle from the Brewbaker family. However, I am really disappointed that I was sold a Ford from there. When you selling a vehicle you selling the car, features, & entire package. So months later when utilizing those features I mistakenly place my Ford in MyKey mode. That is when some of my other features are disabled or limited like speed, radio volume, 911, SiriusXM & etc. I attempted to disabled the features however, I can't because brewbaker kia didn't give me the admin/Primary key. I went there several times and spoke to someone there eventhou it took 25 mins for someone to even acknowledge me. I was advised its nothing they can do and I need to go to Ford and pay $350 for another key. Why should I be out of $350 when I'm simply trying to utilize the features sold. I even went there asking to speak to the Brewbaker family. One guys was trying his best to assist while just stood there and laughed about about buying his family members a car with the same issue. Josh the General sales manager didn't even want to come out. I went there several times.... I want to speak to the Brewbaker family. More
