I recently took my vehicle in for a oil change. The guys in the service department was nice and told me I could leave my car and go to work. So I go to work and the guy called and said my car was r The guys in the service department was nice and told me I could leave my car and go to work. So I go to work and the guy called and said my car was ready once I get my car I leave out the parking lot I notice my windshield was cracked. The crack was on the passenger side so it wasn’t visible to me immediately. I took it back to Kia and they was no help they said it was a crack from a rock. Long story short I took it to safelite and another window specialist and they both said no way possible that was a rock. I’m angry and wouldn’t wish this type of service or feeling on nobody. I call Kia customer support and Robert was the most rudest idiot I’ve ever encountered. Please check your vehicles before leaving the dealer. Stay with your car. More
