On Sunday May 8th, while traveling from Auburn Alabama home to Pensacola, FL, something happened to my car which prevented us from being able to make it home. The dealership was closed so we had to rent a home to Pensacola, FL, something happened to my car which prevented us from being able to make it home. The dealership was closed so we had to rent a car and leave my parked in the Kia parking lot. First thing on Monday morning I called and spoke to Willie Mahone. I explained what was going on with the car and he originally informed me that it could take 7-10 days. I was about to panic while explaining the situation to him about living so far away and having to rent a car. I went on to explain that I had to have the car back on Thursday, may 12th. I asked him if I was to return the rental in Thursday if I could get a loaner from the dealership. He kindly explained that the cars were not about to be taken out of state. But did say he would everything he could to have my car ready on Thursday. Long story short, he went above and beyond and had my car diagnosed on Tuesday and ready at 4:30 Thursday so I could return the rental car on time. Thank you for having such amazing people working for your dealership. More
