I made an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. An hour and a half later people who came in after me were leaving so I checked on my car. The service writer said he "FORGOT TO PUSH THE TI rotation. An hour and a half later people who came in after me were leaving so I checked on my car. The service writer said he "FORGOT TO PUSH THE TICKET THROUGH" so he said it would be free. I'm no mechanic but I think it takes linger than 20 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. He said he would have to email my receipt. I have called EVERY DAY and still, no receipt. It just seems fishy as if they did not do the service at all, as I suspect, when no one will send me proof. I will go up there if I have too. More
