Willie was friendly. However, though not his fault, I had about two weeks earlier brought the car in for its service. I told that individual, not Willie, I wanted whatever needed to be done to it. I asked for some other things to be fixed. I was told I had to make and appointment. I did. This service went fine with Willie, except he informed me I needed rear brakes. I asked him why the person two weeks before had not told me I needed brakes. Willie could not answer, nor did I expect him to. However, when I bring the car in and ask to be told of anything it needs, I wonder why I am not told when something is needed. At any rate, Willie added the breaks, ordered the extra parts and I came in Memorial Day and completed the process. More
