I was told that oil prices went up. My oil change went from $50 to $98. I was first given someone else’s receipt. I came back to get the correct one. When i compared my last receipt I was charged for a enthanol kit. Not even sure of what that is but i have never been charged for it before. The oil went from $20 to $25. Still not sure of why i was charged an extra $48 for a basic oil change. My car consultant was very rude as well. My appointment was for 9am. I arrived at 8:45. Did not leave until 11:22. More
