Purchased a KIA Sorento. I found the staff unfriendly and hostile. I was not given a second key for the car and was told they didn't supply a second key for a used care. After a verbal skirmish with the used car sales manager and the salesman over more than two weeks, they offered to make me a key for their cost. The salesman quoted me a price of $375.
