The first time I attempted to drop my car off for service and oil change on 5/18/22, an associate, Willie, was very unprofessional and rude to me; He made me aware my free oil changes expired last month with and oil change on 5/18/22, an associate, Willie, was very unprofessional and rude to me; He made me aware my free oil changes expired last month with no notification from Kia and he said the oil changes were a “luxury” from Kia and that I should be thankful I even had the free oil changes. He also made me Aware that they were not going to be able to service my car that day due to “not making an appointment” which I clearly did the week before over the telephone. He made me aware they did not have a service appointment available for another week. I did not leave my car with Kia that day due to the cost I was made aware it was going to be and my appointment not being sustained. Fast forward to 7/8/22, I dropped my car off for service and oil change, this experience was a little bit better except for when I picked my car up on Wednesday 7/13/22, Willie was the associate I had contact with Again, and he brought up the last time he saw me, on 5/18/22, about how I didn’t have an appointment that say and how i was “rude” to him and he preceded to take his time getting my car back to me and again, was unprofessional towards me. I highly suggest finding another front desk associate because Willie is going to be one reason I trade my Kia in, also I have had nothing but issues out of my brand new vehicle. I most likely will not use Kia service again. More

Melvin and the entire staff was pleasant to work with. Once in a lifetime experience. I walked to the used car lot next door and met Melvin on accident as the dealership were closing up for day. He promised he could get me into a full warranty new vehicle under my budget and what I would pay for a used car. He exceeded his promise and got me in a beautiful Fire Orange GT line KIA Forte in under an hour. He and the sales manager stayed after closing time to seal the deal and get me a great price and interest rate. My wife and I had been stressed coming from another dealership in the area. Working with Melvin put us at ease and alleviated the stress we had built up from the prior experience. I believe fate finally struck us with the right man, car, deal, and dealership. The Forte had just been delivered and still had plastic wrap all over it. Melvin again came through with a promise to bring back the next business day to get unwrapped and detailed. We were so happy with the sale, my wife baked cookies to deliver to Melvin while the car got detailed. The car came out even cleaner than I could imagine. I love this car and all of its technological features. I would have never seen myself driving a KIA before meeting Melvin the day I purchase it. Now as I ride around, I get many complements from coworkers, friends, and strangers. I hope to send you all especially Melvin some business from the local military bases. It was an absolute please doing business with you all. More
