Service department doesn’t call to follow up with service/parts. Even if they are asked to do so. When I ask for a follow up, I am told they till call me back, but I never get a call back. Great Service once I ended up with my 3rd salesperson. It didn't help that I waited 8 months for my Kia Telluride to be ordered so I went through different sales people that left during that time.
